So how many Top Chef Fans do I have out there?????

My hubby and I enjoy watching Top Chef on Bravo. We actually got to see Spike at his eatery in D.C. on our most recent visit there. We just loved the food there and the fries were to die for.  Well, actually you probably would die if you ate too many because of a blockage.  That's just how good they were. He was very friendly and even posed for a picture which took me off guard and since I wasn't ready, my picture turned out blurry...darn.  Anyway, it was a neat experience and one that we can mark down as saying..been there, done that.
